The Lagos State Criminal Information System (LSCIS) is the official, government-mandated digital repository for criminal and crime-related intelligence in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Developed under the Lagos State Ministry of Justice, the system captures comprehensive data for both suspected and convicted individuals — enabling investigative agencies, prosecutors, and courts to access verified, up-to-date criminal profiles at the point of need.
Access is strictly restricted to authorized personnel of approved government agencies. All activity is audit-logged and monitored in compliance with Federal and State law.

A structured, four-step workflow ensures every query is authenticated, accountable, and properly documented.
Log in with your official government credentials. Multi-factor authentication protects all accounts from unauthorized access.
Query by full name, NIN, case number, fingerprint ID, LGA, offence type, or court reference — advanced filters supported.
Access the full criminal profile: biometrics, arrest history, charges, court proceedings, status, and inter-agency flags.
Export official, watermarked intelligence reports for use in prosecution, bail hearings, pre-sentence reports, or inter-agency briefings.
Partner Agencies
Access to LSCIS is granted exclusively to personnel of the following authorized government agencies, subject to formal vetting and approval.
Security & Compliance
LSCIS is built on enterprise-grade security infrastructure in accordance with Nigerian and international data protection frameworks.
All data at rest and in transit is encrypted with AES-256, the same standard used by Nigerian banking institutions and international intelligence agencies. TLS 1.3 enforced on all connections.
Granular permission tiers restrict what each officer can view, search, export, or modify — based on their agency, rank, and specific operational mandate. No over-privileged accounts.
Every system action — logins, searches, exports, updates, and failed access attempts — is written to a tamper-proof audit log, retained for 7 years per the Evidence Act and Cybercrime Act 2015.
